The Calgary Urban Project Society has outgrown its downtown location and needs another $8 million to move into a new building more than twice the size of its current home. Encana Corp., Cenovus Energy and an anonymous donor have come up with $12 million for a new site for CUPS, but the non-profit organization needs $20 million.
